“ A little out of town and definitely pricey but you will have a memorable dining experience. Enjoy stunning canyon views and modern American cuisine. Try to get there before the sun sets. I had a venison dish that was spectacular. My wife had lamb that was tender and delicious. ”
“ During our stay at Enchantment Resort, we stopped by Che Ah Chi 2 times one for lunch and one for breakfast. We are so happy with the service and our greeted, host and waitress. I think our waitress name was taylor she is just the best, she not only remembers our face but also did everything to accommodate our diet needs. The food was really really good, accompanies with a nice view of the canyon. Our favorite was the dip I asked for crudites instead of chips , and the breakfast eggs are amazing too. Lastly, try their prickly pear yogurt probably the best fruity yogurt I have had so far ”
“ We had THE best experience here for our anniversary. Definitely be prepared to spend a decent amount but it is worth the priceIve never had duck so good in my life. We enjoyed a whipped ricotta appetizer, venison mole, duck breast, and finished with a complimentary piece of THE best cake Ive ever had to celebrate our anniversary. It was truly thoughtful. We also enjoyed blueberry and peach cocktails, a crystal margarita, and port with dessert. Our server was incredible. She was thoughtful, had a great memory, and went out of her way to make the experience a great one. You wont regret your choice. Go today! ”
“ Went back for dinner and sat in the main dining room in a intimate booth. The entertainment was the highlight! Guitar player was very talented! My husband had the branzino which had something with almond and he requested a substitution and was told he will be charged 2 when the dish came. The butter sauce and mushrooms on the fish was delicious. I had the parsnip steak, bland small piece of parsnip with some sauce and a few tasty mushrooms on the side. It really needed a protein for this vegan main dish. Overall the portions are small and presentation is nice. I would opt for having lunch there on the patio instead. We had lunch the day before and was impressed with the food and value. For dinner the restaurant next to them has a better menu, but no entertainment.Harry our server was great! ”
“ First off Daniela was just the most accommodating and attentive not overly waitress I have experienced in years. Ask for her you will not be disappointed. Next, the food ...oh my gosh. I have now eaten the best duck of life.. this was for my husband and Is two year anniversary and the entire experience did not disappoint. ”
“ Empanadas with the chiptole sauce were outstanding. I also enjoyed my bbq chicken chopped salad. My partner had Fish and chips. View from the patio was magical. Reservations required. ”
“ My wife and I stayed at the Enchantment resort in Sedona, and we heard good things about Che Ah Chi on the property, so we ate here our first night. The atmosphere is very nice inside and the service was top notch in how they greeted you by name. The waiter was attentive and very knowledgeable about everything and was great with recommendations based on our food preferences and how we like our meals cooked. We both ordered a Desert Oasis mocktail which was fantastic. A great paring of flavors in the drink. We had the whipped ricotta as an appetizer, and it was very good with the hatch chiles and the citrus zest mixed in. One surprising start of the show was the prickly pear butter which had a pink hue to it and was so smooth and delicious. My wife had the Prime Rated New York Strip, and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked to her liking. It had great flavor and texture. I had the Rack of Venison as it was not something you see on a menu often. It was sensational. The espresso cocoa rub and the way it was cooked allowed the lean meat to taste so sumptuous. It was one of the better entrees I have had in a while. This is an excellent restaurant, a little on the pricer side, but worth the money compared to other places I have been with similar prices. ”
“ Restaurant is located in the enchanted resort. Amazing views of red rock hills from the restaurants. They have a great wine list but I highly recommend trying their cocktails. The gourmet margaritas were amongst the best I have had. Food was good as well. Recommend the Bbg buffalo cauliflower sandwich and Brussels sprouts. ”
